His commitment to growth, innovation, and customer-centered solutions has fostered valuable relationships across the agrochemical, pharmaceutical, and specialty chemical markets. He has previously held leadership roles with Ranbaxy Fine Chemicals Ltd, Indofil Chemicals and Shalimar Paints Ltd.

Chief of Operations & Executive Director

With 38 years of extensive experience in manufacturing, C.B. Bhardwaj has led multiple sites managing diverse products and complex multistage chemical processes and technologies. His results-oriented approach has contributed to a top-line revenue exceeding 5000 crore INR, overseeing 175 products across more than five company-owned sites and 17 external manufacturing partners. His core competencies include manufacturing operations, environmental management, safety compliance, technology transfer, quality assurance, and technical services. He maintains a strategic focus on capacity enhancement and future growth initiatives aimed at doubling top-line revenue. Additionally, he has led transformational projects in specialty and bulk chemicals, energy mix optimization, and digital transformation to drive operational excellence and innovation.

Geetesh brings 17 years of rich experience from organizations such as Navin Fluorine, Imerys India, Crompton Greaves, Grant Thornton, and Citi Bank, where he managed financial controlling, mergers and acquisitions, FP&A, taxation, valuations, and profitability. A Chartered Accountant with a Master’s degree in Management from the Indian School of Business, Geetesh oversees Finance & Accounts, along with IT, Secretarial, Legal, and Compliance functions at Cohizon Life Sciences, ensuring robust financial stewardship and operational compliance.

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Gelebith Modi, who has joined Cohizon Life Sciences as Chief of R&D, based at our R&D Centre, Rabale, Navi Mumbai.

Holding a PhD in Organic Chemistry, along with a Masters of Science in organic pharmaceutical chemistry and a Bachelors of Science in chemistry, Dr. Gelebith Modi brings an impressive 22 years of industry experience spanning organic synthesis, CDMO, process development, and project management from renowned organizations like Jubilant Ingrevia, Torrent Pharma, and Sun Pharma.

As a key leader in our organization, Dr. Gelebith Modi will spearhead our R&D efforts from conceptualization to kilo lab and will be the overall head of our R&D Centre.

His extensive knowledge and visionary approach will be instrumental in driving innovation and accelerating Cohizon’s growth strategy. Looking forward to achieving new milestones together in the future.

Abhimanyu Sen is a seasoned HR leader with over 22 years of experience across industries and geographies, specializing in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Change Management, HR Integration, Performance & Talent Management, L&D, and Rewards. Known for strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical rigor, with proven experience partnering with CXOs in complex environments.

 He has successfully led HR integration for four M&A initiatives across B2C and B2B businesses in Indian organizations and global MNCs. An alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Abhimanyu has been a distinguished participant in leadership programs by Mahindra, Egon Zehnder, and McKinsey. He has also been a recipient of the GE Gold Award for exceptional contribution to the GE–Alstom integration in South Asia.

With over 28 years of extensive experience, Vikas Gupta brings a deep understanding of the entire supply chain spectrum, including planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and external manufacturing. His professional experience includes roles at Jubilant Ingrevia Limited, MAX Life Sciences and Alpha Drugs.

A highly accomplished professional, Vikas holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and has earned multiple certifications, including Materials Management, Import Export Management, and Project Management Professional (PMP), General Management Program for Senior Executives from IIM Bangalore and the Global Leadership Program – Leading Businesses & People in the Digital Era from INSEAD, among others.

Vice President - Business Development

Vijay leads business development and relationships for all customers in Japan, China and other Asian countries while overseeing Enablement and Program Management. He has over 35 years of experience in the chemical industry in India. He took charge of Business Development for the company in 2009, led revenue generation from INR 200 Cr to INR 1500 Cr. He has been instrumental in setting up the company’s presence in Japan, fostering relationships with key customers.

Harshil Shah leads business development and relationships for all customers across America and certain key customers in Europe. He has 16 years of experience in strategy (including long term growth, go-to market and marketing & sales), business development and program management across chemicals, automotive, FMCG, and financial services, with organizations such as Sajjan India Limited, McKinsey & Co., and CRISIL. Harshil has a master’s degree in finance from the University of Manchester and has completed an executive program in project management from IIM Lucknow.
